Na haar stage startte ze haar eigen kantoor op als generalist, met een uitgesproken interesse voor jeugdrecht, familierecht, huwelijksvermogensrecht, erfrecht, schenkingen en testamenten en strafrecht.
Van in den beginne is Nadine De Wolf actief lid van de Jeugdpermanentie bij de Balie te Antwerpen : zij behaalde het Certificaat Bijzondere Opleiding Jeugdrecht bij de Orde van Vlaamse Balies in 2008 en daar begeleidt ze ook het provinciaal luik van deze opleiding sedert 2010.
In 2015 behaalde Nadine De Wolf haar certificaat Bijzondere Opleiding Cassatieprocedure in Strafzaken.
Nadine is Sectiehoofd Jeugdrecht bij de Balie te Antwerpen en event-verantwoordelijke van de vzw Unie van Jeugdadvocaten.
In 2012 werd zij benoemd tot plaatsvervangend Vrederechter op het VII de Kanton te Antwerpen.
Sedert 1999 is zij ook schuldbemiddelaar en sedert 2012 bewindvoerder, wat maakt dat haar kantoor niet beperkt is tot één soort cliënteel , maar vaak alle voorgaande rechtstakken zich vermengen in één dossier.
Het streefdoel van Nadine De Wolf blijft een rechtvaardig, menselijk en eerlijk proces te voeren met oog voor respect en waardigheid van eenieder.
After her traineeship, she started her own firm as a generalist, with a strong interest in juvenile law, family law, matrimonial property law, inheritance law, gifts and wills and criminal law.
From the very beginning Nadine De Wolf has been an active member of the Youthpermanence at the Bar of Antwerp: she obtained the Certificate of Special Training in Youth Law at the Order of Flemish Bars in 2008 and there she also supervises the provincial part of this training since 2010.
In 2015 Nadine De Wolf obtained her Certificate of Special Training in Cassation Procedure in Criminal Cases.
Nadine is Section Head of Juvenile Law at the Bar of Antwerp and event manager of the non-profit organization Union of Juvenile Lawyers.
In 2012 she was appointed deputy Justice of the Peace at the VII de Kanton in Antwerp.
Since 1999 she has also been a debt mediator and since 2012 an administrator, which means that her office is not limited to one type of clientele, but often all previous branches of law are mixed up in one file.
