Who and what
Marjan Terriere obtained her law degree from the University of Antwerp in 1998 with great honors. She spent one semester of her 3rd year bachelor at the University of Nancy II (France) within the Erasmus project. In 1999, she obtained a postgraduate degree 'Diplôme d'études supérieures universitaires en droit européen et international' from the law faculty of Aix-en-Provence (France).
In October 1999 she started her training period at the Antwerp Bar and was given all-round training, focussing on contracting law. She is one the first staff members of Strada Legale in 2012.
Marjan Terriere primarily works in the practical field of construction and real estate law, commercial and economic law, law of torts and contract law, assisting the client as efficiently as possible with regard to legal procedures, surveys and expert assessments, advice, negotiations etc.
In 2008, requested by the Professional Institute of Estate Agents, she also gave presentations to estate agents on the right to a commission.
