He focused on construction and real estate law (including rental and commercial rental law), liability law and traffic law, while remaining active in other branches of law such as commercial law.
Who and what
Pieter Verherstraeten obtained his law degree from the Catholic University of Antwerp in 2003. After his studies, he immediately opted for the bar where he specialised on the general liability law.
In 2008, at the Professional Institute of Estate Agents, Pieter Verherstraeten gave presentations to estate agents on the subject of “Verhaalbaarheid commissies sinds het KB van 12 januari 2007” (The recoverability of commissions since the Royal Decree of 12 January 2007).
In 2012 he became one of the first staff members to join Strada Legale.
Since 2016 he has become partner of Strada Legale.
